HERBS ARE NATURE’S MEDICINE . . .

OPTIMIZING LUNG HEALTH

Hyssop Decumbens Essential Oil: one of the greatest benefits is its ability to loosen mucous and relieve bronchial congestion and spasms.  What happens with asthma, is that when the diaphragm goes into spasms the inability to inhale/exhale is severely compromised.  Hyssop decumbens directly relaxes the diaphragm to alleviate the spasms and reduce asthma’s intensity and depth.

Coltsfoot (the cough dispeller) has always been a part of my respiratory arsenal to strengthen the lungs and eliminate coughs. It soothes the mucus membranes in the lungs, and assists with other lung ailments.

Elecampane, the root is used for lung diseases, including asthma, and bronchitis.  It helps prevent coughing, especially caused by tuberculosis, and as an expectorant to help loosen phlegm.  It is a natural antibacterial agent for the lungs, and helps lessen infection. INULA, the essential oil that Elecampane yields, is an exponentially more powerful protection for the lungs

Any of these herbs can be added to honey (singly or with other lung herbs/essential oils), to bring immediate relief.
